Our Standard Workmanship Warranty Lasts 10 Years

S&G Roofing offers a 10-year roofing labor warranty.


This is our standard roof warranty, and it covers all of our new roof installations and any workmanship involved in the installation process. When you get a new roof installed by our team, you know you’re getting workmanship that lasts.

Our Products Come With Manufacturer Warranties, Too

In addition to workmanship coverage, S&G Roofing also provides a standard roof warranty for all Owens Corning materials.


The typical roof warranty for Owens Corning products is 10 years, and it’s a limited warranty because it’s prorated based on the age of the materials at the time of your warranty claim. However, because we’re an Owens Corning Platinum Contractor, we are able to offer their Preferred Protection warranty. Preferred Protection warranties are not prorated, and they cover the cost of any labor required to replace defective materials, as well as the replacement materials themselves for up to 50 years.


In addition, we offer a limited lifetime warranty for other manufacturers, too, as well as a 10-year no-leak warranty on Velux roof windows.
